An ordinance establishing the zoning classification of land located at 1278 Afton
Road.
THE COMMON COUNCil OF THE CITY OF JANESVlllE DO ORDAIN AS FOllOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is established as
R1, General Industrial District.
Part of Fractional Lot 2 in the S.E. 1J.¡ of Section 3, T.2N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., Town of
Rock, Rock County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Lot 4 of a Certified Survey Map recorded July 24, 1984, as Document No. 990738 in
Volume 11 of Certified Survey Maps, on Pages 524 and 525, in the Office of the Register of
Deeds for Rock County, Wisconsin.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common
Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police
power so requIring.
