ORDINANCE NO. 2004-221
An Ordinance increasing the fees for Taxicabs and Taxicab Drivers as set forth in JGO
5.04.010 R. 1 and 2, with a penalty for violations thereof as set forth in JGO Chapters 5.04 and
5.80.
THE COMMON COUNCil OF THE CITY OF JANESVlllE DO ORDAIN AS FOllOWS:
SECTION I. Sections 5.04.010 R. 1 and 2. of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of
Janesville are hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 5.04.010 R. Taxicab and taxicab drivers (Sections 5.80.010-5.80.160)
1. Taxicab and similar vehicles: a. Each: $30.00 per year with public liability
insurance.
