2019-1631 RESOLUTION NO. 2019-1631
A resolution approving the final plat of the Reserve at Stoney Ridge Plat No. 2.
WHEREAS, a plat of"The Reserve at Stoney Ridge Plat No. 2", a subdivision of Part of
Lot 1, "The Reserve at Stoney Ridge Plat No. 1" and part of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4,
part of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 5 and part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of
Section 6, all being in T.3N., R.13E. of the 4th P.M., Town of Harmony, Rock County,
Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 4th day of March,
2019, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, outlots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of"The Reserve at Stoney Ridge Plat
No. 2" be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
