2019-744 ORDINANCE NO. 2019-744
An ordinance changing the zoning classification of a portion of 2618 Sauk Drive
from B2, Community Shopping District, to R1, Single and Two-Family Residence
District, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth in
Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby
changed from B2, Community Shopping District, to R1, Single and Two-Family Residence
District:
Part of the NW 1/4 of Section 29, T.3N., R.13E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock
County, Wisconsin.
Described as follows: A parcel of land in Greenfield Terrace First Addition, a recorded
subdivision in the City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, described as follows: The
east 17 feet of the north 100 feet of Lot 31 of said subdivision.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common
Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police
power so requiring.
