An ordinance changing and establishing the zoning classification of property located at 4604
North John Paul Road.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is established as R1,
Single-Family and Two-family Residence District:
Located in the SE.1/4 of the NW.1/4 of Section 8, T3N, R13E of the 4th P.M., Town of Harmony, County
of Rock, Wisconsin described as follows: Lot 3 of Certified Survey Map Document No. 704548 as
recorded on June 14, 1966 in Volume 1, Pages 128 and 129 of Certified Survey Maps in the Rock
County Register of Deeds Office, Rock County, Wisconsin. Containing 0.6 acres more or less.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common Council, the
public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power so requiring.
