THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVlLLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is established as R1, Single and Two-Family Residence District. PART OF THE NW. ¼AND SW. ¼ OF SECTION 7, T.3N., R.13E. OF THE 4TM P.M., HARMONY TOWNSHIP, ROCK COUNTY, WISCONSIN. The zoning of the land to R3M is conditioned upon the following: Approval of a Planned Unit Development (PUD) is required for multi-family development on the site unless developed for single or two-family construction. SECTION IV. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power so requiring.
