An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located at 2405
Center Avenue from B2 to R1, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation
thereof as set forth in Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the
City of Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVlLLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby
changed from B2, General Commercial District to R1, Single and Two-Family
Residence District.
Part of the SW¼ of Section 12 T.2N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., Rock Township, Rock
County, Wisconsin.
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Commencing at the SW corner of said ¼ section; thence
N.4°W. along the west line of said ¼ section, 792 feet to the place of beginning; thence
N.86°51'E., 264 feet; thence N.4°W. parallel to the west line of said ¼ section, 82.5 feet;
thence S.86°51'W., 264 feet; thence S.4°E. along said west line 82.5 feet to the place of
beginning.
SECTION I1. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the
Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public
benefit, and police power so requiring.
