A resolution approving the final plat of Heider Estates Second Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Heider Estates Second Addition", a subdivision located in the
NE.l/4 of the SE.1/4 and the SE.1/4 of the NE.l/4 of Section 8, T.3N., R.13E. of the 4th
P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan
Commission on the 21 day of June, 2004, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Heider Estates Second Addition
be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
