2018-1563 RESOLUTION NO. 2018-1563
A resolution approving the final plat of Redwood Terrace First Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Redwood Terrace First Addition", a subdivision lying in the SE.1/4
of the SE.1/4 of Section 11, T.2N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock
County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 16th day of
July, 2018, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Redwood Terrace First Addition be
and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
