An ordinance amending section 2.20.010(B) of the Code of General Ordinances to
eliminate the term limits for Members of the Board of Review
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 2.20.010(B) of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville is
hereby amended to read as follows:
2.20.010 (B) —The members of the board of review shall be appointed by the city manager with
the approval of the common council and shall hold office as members of the board of review for
a single-term of five years and until their successor(s) are appointed and qualified. There shall
be an exception to the provisions of section 2.04.160 of the Code of General Ordinances this
section for for any appointee to the Board of Review -: , : -- - - - --- •- --- -
