2018-1484 RESOLUTION NO. 2018 — 1484
Whereas, Anthony C. Coulter is retiring from City of Janesville employment after
having diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the community for over
38 years; retiring as a Crew Leader in the Water Utility Division; and
Whereas, during Anthony Coulter's employment with the City of Janesville, he
provided exemplary professional service and demonstrated conscientious devotion to
the duties of his position, which he performed with skill and ability, sincerity, honesty,
and dedication; and
Whereas, Anthony Coulter began his permanent employment with the City of
Janesville in Maintenance at the Ice Arena in August of 1979; and
Whereas, Anthony Coulter held a variety of positions including Assistant
Manager at the Ice Arena; Facility Maintenance at Rockport Pool and Lions Beach;
Sanitation Equipment Operator with the Streets Department; Laborer 1 with the Parks
Department; Water Meter Reader, Customer Service Person, Customer Service
Leadperson, Customer Service Tech 3, and Customer Service Crew Leader with the
Water Utility; and
Whereas, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of Janesville
be properly recognized;
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the people of the City of Janesville,
through the City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Anthony Coulter for
his more than 38 years of loyal public service.
