An ordinance creating a late fee for alcohol renewal applications not submitted by April 15tH
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 5.04.010 (K)(6) of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville
is hereby created to read as follows:
5.04.010 (K)(6) — Late fees. Any Class A or Class B renewal application not received by the
City Clerk-Treasurer by April 15th will be subject to a late fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) plus
ten percent (10%) of all license fees. The minimum late fee charged will be twenty-five dollars
($25.00).
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect on December 1, 2017.
