An ordinance repealing JGO sections 5.04.010(c), 10.64.010, 10.64.020, 10.64.030, and
10.64.040.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The following sections of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville
are hereby repealed:
1. Section 5.04.010(c) Bicycles
2. Section 10.64.010 Registration--Required
3. Section 10.64.020 Description—Form—Constitutes registrations-Serial number –
File kept by police
4. Section 10.64.030 Identification Tag
5. Section 10.64.040 Police notification of non-operation or change of ownership
