ORDINANCE NO. 2017-701
An Ordinance changing East and West Court Street from a point west of Academy Street to
Adams Street from a one-way street to a two-way street.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 10.20.010(G), ONE-WAY STREETS -- DESIGNATION, in the Code of
General Ordinances of the City of Janesville is hereby amended as follows:
EXISTING SUBSECTION:
G. West Court Street from its intersection with Center Avenue and West Milwaukee
Street easterly to the beginning of East Court Street and East Court Street easterly to
the intersection of Ringold Street are designated as one-way streets on which traffic
shall move in an easterly or northeasterly direction only at all times.
SHALL BE REVISED TO READ:
G. West Court Street from its intersection with Center Avenue and West Milwaukee
Street easterly to the west side of the Academy intersection and East Court Street
from east of the intersection with Adams Street easterly to the intersection of Ringold
Street are designated as one-way streets on which traffic shall move in an easterly
direction only at all times.
