2017-1418 RESOLUTION NO. 2017-1418
A resolution recognizing Kay Deupree for her loyal and conscientious service to
the City of Janesville as a City Councilmember.
WHEREAS, Kay Deupree served the City of Janesville from 2015 to 2017 as a member
of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, during her term in office, Ms. Deupree served as a member of the Audit
Committee, Community Development Authority, Library Board of Trustees, and
Sustainable Janesville Committee; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Deupree's deep concern for the community, its citizens and their
welfare has characterized her tenure in office throughout; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Deupree has always performed the duties of a member of the City
Council with an exemplary level of dedication, honesty, and integrity;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Janesville
presents this commendation to Kay Deupree in sincere appreciation for her loyal and
conscientious service to the City of Janesville.
