2017-1394 RESOLUTION NO. 2017-1394
A resolution approving the final plat of Prairie Wood Estates Eighth Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Prairie Wood Estates Eighth Addition", a subdivision lying in the
SE.1/4 of the SE.1/4 of Section 16, T.3N., R.13E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville,
Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 6th
day of March, 2017, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Prairie Wood Estates Eighth
Addition be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
