2017-673 ORDINANCE NO. 2017-673 An ordinance changing the zoning classification of 1519 Primrose Lane from B2, Community Shopping District to R3, General Residence District, with a penalty and injunctive relief fora violation thereof as set forth in Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from B2, Community Shopping District, to R3, General Residence District: Property located in part of the NW 1/4 and NE 1/4 of Section 19, T.3N., R.13E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin described as follows: Commencing at the northern most corner of Lot 5 of Holliday Heights, a plat recorded in the Rock County Register of Deeds Office, Rock County, Wisconsin; thence southeast and parallel to the north line of said Lot 5 a distance of 218.98 feet more or less to the centerline of Woodlane Drive; thence southwest along said centerline a distance of 150 feet more or less to the intersection of Woodlane Drive and Primrose Lane; thence northwest along the centerline of Primrose Lane a distance of 218.98 feet more or less; thence northeast a distance of 150 feet more or less to the place of beginning. SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power so requiring.
