A resolution approving the final plat of Rollingwood Eighth Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Rollingwood Eighth Addition", a subdivision lying in the SW 1/~ of
the NE % and the SE % of the NE % of Section 4, T.3N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., Town of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission
on the 17 day of May, 2004, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into lots, blocks and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Rollingwood Eighth Addition be
and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
