A resolution approving the final plat of Keeneland Second Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Keeneland Second Addition", a subdivision lying in the SE ¼ of
the NE ¼ and the NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 15, T.2N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission
on the 17 day of May, 2004, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into lots, blocks, walkway and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Keeneland Second Addition be
and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
