A Resolution Authorizing the Waiver of Special Assessment Procedure for Property
Located at 52 South Blackhawk Street.
WHEREAS, the Administration has determined that the owner of property at 52
South Blackhawk Street, tax parcel no. 0230400399, Janesville, Wisconsin, resides at this
address and meets the conditions outlined in City Council Policy No. 63, paragraph V. A.
for a 10 year payment plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Janesville, that the sidewalk replacement special assessments in the amount of $810 may
be paid by the property owner over 10 years with interest.
