2017-1383 RESOLUTION NO. 2017 — 1383
Whereas, Roxann Glick is retiring from City of Janesville employment after
having diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the community for more
than twenty-five years; retiring as a Section 8 Housing Specialist with the Neighborhood
and Community Services Department; and
Whereas, during Roxann Glick's employment with the City of Janesville, she
provided exemplary professional service and demonstrated conscientious devotion to
the duties of her position, which she performed with skill and ability, sincerity, honesty,
and dedication; and
Whereas, Roxann Glick began her employment with the City of Janesville as a
Clerk Typist I with the Community Development Department; and
Whereas, Roxann was promoted to Administrative Aide wherein she became a
valuable member of the Rent Assistance Team and became a Section 8 Housing
Specialist, a position she held until the time of her retirement; and
Whereas, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of Janesville
be properly recognized;
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the people of the City of Janesville,
through the City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Roxann Glick for her
more than twenty-five years of loyal public service.
