2017-1380 RESOLUTION NO. 2017 — 1380
Whereas, Daniel Wichser is retiring from City of Janesville employment after
having diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the community for more
than twenty-five years; retiring as a Lieutenant with the Janesville Fire Department; and
Whereas, during Daniel Wichser's employment with the City of Janesville, he
provided exemplary professional service and demonstrated conscientious devotion to
the duties of his position, which he performed with skill and ability, sincerity, honesty,
and dedication; and
Whereas, Daniel Wichser began his employment with the Janesville Fire
Department as a firefighter; and
Whereas, Daniel Wichser was involved in a variety of assignments during his
career including firefighter, paramedic, driver, recruit trainer, preceptor, hazardous
materials technician, equipment committee member, lieutenant; and
Whereas, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of Janesville
be properly recognized;
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the people of the City of Janesville,
through the City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Daniel Wichser for his
more than twenty-five years of loyal public service.
