2016-1375 RESOLUTION NO. 2016-1375
A resolution approving the final plat of Hackbarth Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Hackbarth Addition", being part of government Lots 1 and 2 of
Fractional Section 15, T.3N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., Town of Janesville, Rock County,
Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 5th day of
December, 2016, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks and lots;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of "Hackbarth Addition" be and is
hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
