An Ordinance establishing a Janesville Transit System fee.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. Section 10.76.020 P. of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville
is hereby amended to read as follows:
P. $3.00 replacement fee for Paratransit Identification Card; Disabled Citizen
Identification Card; Senior Citizen Identification Card; Bike on Bus Program Identification Card;
and Semester Pass.
Section II. The above fare rates shall take effect immediately upon adoption of this file
ordinance by the Common Council, the public good so requiring.
