An ordinance changing and establishing the zoning classification of property located
along South US Highway 51 and Tower Drive south of the STH 11 Bypass to M1 and B3
upon attachment.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is established
as M1, Light Industrial District:
Part of N '/2 of the SE 1 /4 of Section 14, T.2N., R.12E. of the 4th PM Town of Rock, Rock County,
Wisconsin, described as follows:
