2016-1346 RESOLUTION NO. 2016 -1346
A resolution approving the final plat of Harmony Grove Eighth Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Harmony Grove Eighth Addition ", a subdivision lying in the
NW.1 /4 of the NW.1 /4 of Section 7, T.3N., R.13E. of the 4 P.M., City of Janesville,
Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 6th
day of September, 2016, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Harmony Grove Eighth Addition be
and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
