An ordinance changing and establishing the zoning classification of the Robert
O. Cook Memorial Arboretum property north of CTH A to Conservancy and
adjoining land to the south and east to R1 and R3M following annexation.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOllOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is established as
Conservancy District.
