2016-1338 RESOLUTION NO. 2016 — 1338
Whereas, Kathy Mullikin is retiring from City of Janesville employment after having
diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the community for more than twenty -
nine years; retiring as a Bus Driver with the Neighborhood and Community Services, Transit
Division; and
Whereas, during Kathy Mullikin's employment with the City of Janesville, she provided
exemplary professional service and demonstrated conscientious devotion to the duties of her
position, which she performed with skill and ability, sincerity, honesty, and dedication; and
Whereas, Kathy Mullikin began her employment with the City of Janesville as a part -
time Bus Driver with the Transit Division in November of 1986; and
Whereas, Kathy Mullikin became a full -time Bus Driver in July of 1994, a position she
has held until the time of her retirement; and
Whereas, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of Janesville be
properly recognized;
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the people of the City of Janesville, through the
City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Kathy Mullikin for her more than twenty -
nine years of loyal public service.
