2016-650 ORDINANCE NO. 2016 - 650
An ordinance allowing the City Clerk to schedule Election Inspectors to less than full day shifts
in accordance with Wisconsin State Statute 7.30(1)(a).
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Chapter 2.51 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville is
hereby created to read as follows:
Chapter 2.51
Election Inspector Work Shifts
Sections:
2.51.010 Election Inspector Work Shifts. Pursuant to Wis. Stats. Sec.
7.30(1)(a), the City Clerk is authorized to set different working hours for election inspectors
assigned to the same polling place.
