2004-217 RE VISED ORDINANCE NO. 2004-217 Att ordinance antending the fees charged by the City of danesville in the Building, Plumbing, Electrical, and HFA C Code of General Ordinances of the City of danesville, with a penalty, injunctive and other relief for violations thereof as set forth in danesville General Ordinance Chapter 15.80 THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. Section 15.01.140 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville (Building Code) is hereby amended as follows: BUILDING PERMITS A. II. IIi. IV. Minimum Fee $50.00 GUIDELINES AND CRITERIA FOR PLUMBING PERMITS Permit Fees shall be submitted per Section 15.01.140 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville. B. The Following are Subject to Permit Fees: All new fixtures and appliances as indicated on the application form furnished the applicant, including water heaters, water softeners, storm inlets, roof drains, and hose bibs; All plugged or capped openings left for future installation of fixtures; When any change is made in the water, soil, waste or vent piping which necessitates the resetting of any plumbing fixture or appliance, each fixture so affected; All building sewers (sanitary), building sewers (storm) and water services; Clear water, water only, water and wastewater, or wastewater only meters and related piping. RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL PLUMBING PLAN APPROVAL A. Plumbing Plan Approval required for the following installations: 3. 4. 5.
