A resolution approving the final plat of Rollingwood Seventh Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Rollingwood Seventh Addition", a subdivision lying in the SW ¼ of the
SE ¼ of Section 4, T.3N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin,
was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 15 day of March 2004, and is
incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks and lots;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Rollingwood Seventh Addition be and is
hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
