WHEREAS, Curtis L. Genun8 is retirin8 from City of Janesvi[[e employment after
havin8 diligently served the people of the City of Janesvi[[e and the community for
twenty-ei]ht years, retirin] as a Captain with the Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, during Curtis L. Genun]'s employment with the City of Janesvi[[e, he
provided exemplary professional service and demonstrated conscientious devotion to
the duties of his position, which he performed with competence, sincerity, honesty
and dedication; and
WHEREAS, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of Janesvi[[e
be properly reco]nized;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the people of the City of Janesvi[[e,
throu]h the City Council, do express their [~rateful appreciation to Curtis L. Genun8
for his twenty-eight years of loyal public service.
