2003-208ORDINANCE NO, 2003-208 An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located within the 2700-2800 block of Holiday Drive from R3 to B4, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth in Section 18.28,010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from R3, General Residence District, to B4, Business Highway District: Part of Lots 16 and 17 of Clover Meadows, a recorded subdivision and part of Lot 1 of a certified survey map as recorded in Volume 14, Pages 198 and 199, located in the SE.1/4 of the SW.1/4 of Section 17 and the NE.l/4 of the NW.1/4 of Section 20, T.3N., R.13E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the South 1¼ corner of Section 17; thence N.87°28'40"W. along the South line of said SW.1/4 of said Section, 434.34 feet to the Easterly line of said Clover Meadows, also being at the place of beginning for the land to be herein described; thence S.79°23'56"W. 337.23 feet; thence N.88°54'04"W. 562.01 feet to the West line of Lot 1 (CSM Volume 14, Pages 198 and 199); thence N.0°10'52"W. along the West line of said Lot, 90.65 feet to the NW. corner of said Lot; thence S.87°29'06"E. along the North line of said Lot and the North line of said Clover Meadows, 550.59 feet; thence N.61°04'40"E. along the Northerly line of said Clover Meadows, 325.08 feet to the most Northerly corner of said Clover Meadows; thence S.51°38'27"E. along the Northeasterly line of said Clover Meadows 96.70 feet to a point of curve; thence Southeasterly, continuing along said Northeasterly line, along a curve convexed Southwesterly, 35.73 feet, having a radius of 336.0 feet and a chord bearing S.51°03'09"E. 35.71 feet to the most Easterly Corner of said Clover Meadows; thence S.26°20'04"W. along said Easterly line, 100.40 feet to the place of beginning. Containing 1.875 acres. SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power so requiring.
