A resolution approving the final plat of University Heights.
WHEREAS, a plat of "University Heights", a subdivision located in the SE. ¼ of the SE. ¼
and in Government Lot 8 of fractional Section 10, T.2N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on
the 2 day of February, 2004, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, outlot and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of University Heights be and is hereby
accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
