A resolution approving the final plat of Fourteenth Addition to Fox Ridge Estates.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Fourteenth Addition to Fox Ridge Estates", a subdivision lying in
the SW ¼ of the NW ¼ and the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 16, T.3N., R.13E. of the
4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City
Plan Commission on the 5 day of January, 2004, and is incorporated herein by
reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into lots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Fourteenth Addition to Fox Ridge
Estates be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
