Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Janesville held in the Municipal Building on
November 25, 2003.
The meeting was called to order by Council President Williams at 4:30 p.m.
Present: Council President Williams, Councilmembers Addie, Brien, DeGarmo, Murphy, Steeber,
and Wellnitz.
A proposed resolution adopting a budget, appropriating funds, authorizing expenditures and levying a
tax therefor by the City of Janesville for the fiscal year ending December 31,2004. Councilmember
Steeber moved to adopt said resolution, seconded by Councilmember Murphy and it passed by the
following vote: Aye: Council President Williams, Councilmembers Brien, DeGarmo, Murphy,
Steeber, and Wellnitz. Nay: Councilmember Addie. (File Res. No. 2003-434)
Matters not on the Agenda. There were none.
There being no other business, the Council adjourned at 4:32 p.m.
