2016-1281 RESOLUTION NO. 2016 -1281
A resolution approving the final plat of Harmony Grove Seventh Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Harmony Grove Seventh Addition ", a subdivision Tying in the
NW.1 /4 of the NW.1 /4 of Section 7, T.3N., R.13E. of the 4 P.M., City of Janesville,
Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 7th
day of March, 2016, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Harmony Grove Seventh Addition
be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
