2016-629 ORDINANCE NO. 2016 -629 An ordinance changing and establishing the zoning classification of property located at 3444 West Mineral Point Road to R1 upon annexation. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is established as R1, Single and Two Family Residence District: Part of the SW '/4 of the SW %4 of Section 27, T.3N., R.12E. of the 4 P.M., Town of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin described as follows: Commencing at the SW corner of said Section 27, thence N.89 ° 36'26 "E. along the South Line of the SW 1 /4 of said Section, 566.33 feet; thence N.0 ° 23'34 "W. 33.00 feet to the North Line of Mineral Point Avenue, also being at the place of beginning for the Land to be herein described; thence N.0 ° 23'34 "W. 132.64 feet to the South Line of Lot 7, Greenway Point; thence N.89 ° 41'57 "E. along said South Line and the South Line of Lot 6 of Greenway Point, 126.36 feet; thence S.0 ° 25'33 "E. 132.44 feet to said North Line of Mineral Point Avenue; thence S.89 ° 36'26 "W. along said North Line, 126.44 feet to the place of beginning. SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power so requiring.
