A resolution approving the final plat of Rotamer Ridge Estates Third Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Rotamer Ridge Estates Third Addition", a subdivision lying in the
NW 1¼ of the NE ¼ and the SW % of the NE ¼ of Section 16, T.3N., R.13E. of the 4th
P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan
Commission on the 5 day of January, 2004, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, public greenbelt and
streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Rotamer Ridge Estates Third
Addition be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
