A resolution approving the final plat of Sterling Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Sterling Addition", a subdivision lying in the SE ¼ of the NW ¼ of
Section 11, T.2N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin,
was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 1 day of December, 2003, and
is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks and lots;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Sterling Addition be and is hereby
accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
