2016-1263 RESOLUTION NO. 2016 — 1263
Whereas, Todd Clement is retiring from City of Janesville employment after
having diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the community for thirty -
seven years; retiring as the Working Foreman with the City of Janesville Public
Works/Water Utility Division; and
Whereas, during Todd Clement's employment with the City of Janesville, he
provided exemplary professional service and demonstrated conscientious devotion to
the duties of his position, which he performed with skill and ability, sincerity, honesty,
and dedication; and
Whereas, Todd Clement began his employment with the City of Janesville as a
Laboror I in the Parks Department; and
Whereas, Todd Clement has held the positions of Laboror I, Laboror II, Grounds
Maintenance I, II and III, Equipment Operator I, Waterworks Operator I, Customer
Service Person, Customer Service Leadperson, and Working Foreman; and
Whereas, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of Janesville
be properly recognized;
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the people of the City of Janesville,
through the City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Todd Clement for his
more than thirty -seven years of loyal public service.
