An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located at 1602 and 1604
Woodman Road from R2 to B3, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation
thereof as set forth in Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of
Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed
from R2, Limited General Residence District to B3, General Commercial District:
Part of the SW¼ of Section 19 T.3N., R.13E. of the 4th P.M., Harmony Township, Rock County,
Wisconsin.
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Lot 21 and the North ½ of Lot 20 of Block 1 of Boies Addition, City
of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin.
SECTION I1. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common
Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police
power so requiring.
