2003-415RESOLUTION NO. 2003-4'15
A resolution approving the final plat of Rockport Ridge Estates Fifth Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Rockport Ridge Estates Fifth Addition", a subdivision lying in the
NE.l/4 of the SE.1/4, NW.1/4 of the SE.1/4, SW.1/4 of the SE.1/4 and the SE.1/4 of the
SE.1/4 of Section 33, T.3N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County,
Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 15 day of
September, 2003, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, greenbelts, lots, and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Rockport Ridge Estates Fifth
Addition be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
