ORDINANCE NO. 2003-187
An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located at 1514 Woodman
Road from R2 to B3 and R2 to Parking Overlay, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a
violation thereof as set forth in Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the
City of Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVlLLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from
R2, Limited General Residence District, to B3, General Commercial District:
The east 27 feet of Boles Addition, Lot 16 Block 1
SECTION II. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from
R2, Limited General Residence District, to R2, Limited General Residence District with Parking
Overlay
Boies Addition, Lot 16, block 1 except the east 27 feet of said parcel.
SECTION III. The rezoning of the above described property to B3 and R2 with parking overlay is
subject to the following conditions:
That the parking lot may not have any vehicular access to Woodman Road.
That the site must be landscaped consistent with the attached landscape and
screening plan.
SECTION IV. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common
Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power
so requiring.
