A resolution approving the final plat of Zermatt Hills First Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of"Zermatt Hills First Addition", a subdivision lying in the NW.1/4 of
the SE.1/4 and the NE.l/4 of the SE.1/4 of Section 1, T.3N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M.,
Janesville Township, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan
Commission on the 6 day of October, 2003, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Zermatt Hills First Addition be and
is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
