2015-620 ORDINANCE NO. 2015 -620
An ordinance changing the zoning classification of rezoning property at 902 Sharon Road
from M2, General Industrial District, to M1, Light Industrial District, with a penalty and
injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth in Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General
Ordinances of the City of Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property (addressed as 902 Sharon
Road) is hereby changed from M2, General Industrial District, to M1, Light Industrial District:
Property located in the NE 1 /4 of Section 6, T.2N., R.13E. of the 4 P.M., City of Janesville,
Rock County, Wisconsin described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of east line of the NW1 /4 of the NE1 /4 of said section and
the southwesterly line of Sharon Road, thence N49 ° 32'50 "W 395.63' to the point of
beginning; thence N49 ° 32'50 "W 97'; thence S40 27'10" W 479.26'; thence S45 ° 35'50 "E
43.09'; thence N81 ° 26'10 "E 82.18'; thence N40 ° 27'10 "E 420.25' to the point of beginning.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common Council,
the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power so
requiring.
