A resolution approving the final plat of Kennedy Estates.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Kennedy Estates", a subdivision lying in the SE.1/4 of the NE.l/4
of Section 31, T.4N., R.13E. of the 4th P.M., Milton Township, Rock County, Wisconsin,
was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 2 day of September, 2003, and
is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Kennedy Estates be and is hereby
accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
