2015-1235 RESOLUTION NO. 2015 - 1235 Whereas, Joseph McNally is retiring from City of Janesville employment after having diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the community for more than twenty years; retiring as a Patrol Officer with the Janesville Police Department; and Whereas, during Joseph McNally's employment with the City of Janesville, he provided exemplary professional service and demonstrated conscientious devotion to the duties of his position, which he performed with skill and ability, sincerity, honesty, and dedication; and Whereas, Joseph McNally began his employment with the Janesville Police Department as a Patrol Officer; and Whereas, Joseph McNally was involved in a variety of assignments during his career including B Shift Patrol Division, and A Shift Patrol Division, and was instrumental in starting Project No Serve; and Whereas, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of Janesville be properly recognized; Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the people of the City of Janesville, through the City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Joseph McNally for his more than twenty years of loyal public service.
