A resolution approving the final plat of Harmony Grove Sixth Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Harmony Grove Sixth Addition ", a subdivision lying in the NW.1 /4
of the NW.1 /4, and the NE.1 /4 of the NW.1 /4 of Section 7, T.3N., R.13E. of the 4 P.M.,
City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan
Commission on the 20 day of July, 2015, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, public greenbelt, lots, outlots
and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Harmony Grove Sixth Addition be
and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
