An ordinance changing and establishing the zoning classification of property located at
2014 E County Road 0 (Delavan Drive) to R1 upon annexation.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is established
as R1, Single and Two Family Residence District:
Part of the NE 1 /2 of Section 6, T.2N., R.13E. of the 4 PM, Town of LaPrairie, Rock County,
Wisconsin, described as follows: Lot 14 of Burmester's Subdivision, a subdivision recorded on
February 4, 1948 as Document No. 485734, on Page 6 of Volume 15 of Rock County Plats,
Rock County, Wisconsin.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common
Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police
power so requiring.
